CM7 Options on other ROMS

Running CM7 when the power button is pressed it comes up with the option to reboot the phone, I know this can be enabled/disabled from the settings menu.

So I was just wondering if i could put this on any other ROM.

Also wondering if it would be possible to get the dialer from CM7 and add it too my SS RLS5 Install because I dont like the SS dialer or the aosp contact dialer

1) Well mcr and flb have a reboot apk. its in my sig but I don't think it works on kk's ROMS. (it appears as an app)

2) Probably not, because gignerbred uses different apk names to froyo (phone.apk not dialer.apk) and probably different processess. Youd probably have to bring across all the related apks. And the stock gingerbread launcher wont work... But It is probably possible - most likely a similarly designed one built for froyo. But Im no expert in that feild.

It's ok thanks for the advice, I'll go back to using the reboot app just loved the fact it would come up when power down the phone.

And It's fine I'll probably swap it out for a third party dialer app if I can find one I like.
