Guest pm99 Posted April 22, 2011 Report Posted April 22, 2011 Can anyone help? I am having trouble with the online kitchen download. When I go to update the driver and select the unzipped usb driver file, the message returns 'windows can't find driver' I have tried selecting the usb driver file and the usb folder within the usb folder, still nothing. I am using W7 64 bit computer with Home Premium.

Try using Windows Explorer to navigate to the 'usbdriver' folder that you created using the unzip then when you expand that entry two layers down there is another folder called 'usb_driver' and it is this one you need to use when you are manually telling Windows where to locate the driver from. :)

Thanks for the helpful suggestions. I took another route and used another PC with XP instead. This time worked fine and the Vega showed as an Android phone rather than Mass storage device as with W7. I see that others have had problems with W7 and 64 bit also. Anyway, now have ROM and it is excellent :) Thanks again.
