simple2ext alternative for vega

Hi. I've used the programme simple2ext on my HTC Desire with the cyanogenmod to create an ext3 partition for apps that frees up lots of internal memory. Is there anything similar for the vega with Paul's Rom

Isn't link2sd on as standard and that does the same job, been very happy with it over a number of different roms.

Link2SD seems to be the only app to work with the vega, and it is always being updated and improved as well.

As a tip though, don't link the link2sd app itself to the sd :)

Mine hasn't and it works ok so I wondered what should happen, and equally as strange why it hasn't happened :)

Well at worse the script might fail and all your applications can't be used until you rerun link2sd. If your market stops working too you get screwed as you cannot easily reinstall the app. And yes I am talking from experience.

Thanks for the replies guys. Do I need to to create an ext2 partition or ext3, or doesn't it matter?
