Hello

I've been enjoying my San Francisco but i wanted to save some of my apps to my sd card and so chose to install 2.2 FroYo Custom ROM. I backed up all my apps and system data on Titanium Backup and installed the ROM. I Rebooted and then rooted again, i downloaded Titanium again but everytime i open it it says "the application Titanium Backup (process com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

I really need my system data back so I was wondering if anyone knows how to solve the problem!

It don't know if its something to do with the rooting or something else.

Can I restore manually as i can see all the files when I connect the phone to the computer

PLEASE HELP

Thanks

First step would be to remove then re-instal titanium then too make sure that you have busybox installed although i don't think lack of busybox stops titanium opening. What Froyo ROM are you using?

Same for me I have upgraded to CM7 Nightly 42 and get the same problem gen2 device worked perfectly on n41)

Have unistalled titanium and reinstalled also wiped and reinstalled n42 and then titanium still same error ???

Will revert to n41 to test

reverted back to n41 using the backup including apps, titanium works perfectly

uninstalled titanium and the reinstalled from market and get

"the application Titanium Backup (process com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

looks like its a problem with this latest version from the market

reinstalled busybox no change

Maybe the latest version of Titanium is having problems? Try an older version

They did overnight accidentally release a Titanium version that only works as an upgrade and not if clean installed like you were effectively doing. They've since released a fixed version.
