Notification bars and ICONS and battery

UPDATE Added blue background and blue Android text

and added All black background with original ICONs.

This is an extension of my last Framework.

OK folks, have a look and install if you like. I have been messing with the Notification bar.

Added the back ground to the notification bar.

Added Android to the Header of the notification bar.

Added Dell Streak to the footer

put a green background in the open space.

The ICON for WIFI is green when you have the best connection not blue.

The text does stretch when in landscape mode.

I have installed this with StreakMod so it should work for most everyone.

I will let the images do the talking.
