The process com.android.phone has stopped , on stock rom.

I get this error 'The process com.android.phone has stopped' when I go to settings / about phone on stock rom. Is there anyway to fix this ?

I am rooted and have CWM installed, But waiting for CM before flashing a rom.

The only thing I had done prior to this was to change sim from my T-mobile to my Giffgaf (shutting down phone in between) Which I have done countless times.

The only thing that keeps cropping up when I google this error is to clean the delvik cache, Which I did in CWM BUT it did give me an error of 'E:Unknown volume for path [sd-ext]'. It did clean the cache as the phone took a while to boot as it was making a new one. Does anybody know what the error 'E:Unknown volume for path [sd-ext]' is and how to fix it ?
