Launch youtube.com vids using youtube app

In the stock rom, I remember whenever I played any video from within the browser at youtube.com it would play, presumably in the youtube app.

Since upgrading to 2.2 jellyfish, it just says "Cannot play video - Sorry, this video cannot be played".

Is it possible to set it to play urls from the browser using the youtube app again?

The youtube app still works, but I prefer the youtube mobile site..

i had this problem, but after restarting it went away. I say just use the youtube app. Its better imo :mellow:

youtube mobile site use flash or something else incompatible with the blade

you have no choice use the app

I'm sorry your advice was not useful, searching for words such as 'youtube launch from browser' returned no information to help with my problem.

I also remember reading something about patching a file on the filesystem to fix this error. If anybody can remember what this was please let me know. Thank you.
