Problems with recovery

So I wanted to install CyanogenMod 7 on my ZTE, started the process of installing the ROM and something went wrong. Now when I press Volume Down and boot and choose recovery from the menu all i get is something like a hat on top of an orange circle....and that's it. Same thing for any other option i choose from that menu. Any fixes to that?

you have no choice to install a rom with tpt method

extract the zip of the rom in \image dir in sd card

pull battery out

power the phone with vol + pressed

wait the process to finish

there are a lot of tpt roms in custom rom section of the forum

give us feedback if you have problems

i have the same problem - I think.

Was trying to update to Gen 2.When I created the image and rebooted i went to the screen with an orange circle and a top hat. It has been stuck for hours.

I have tried rebooting and taking the battery out, but no matter what I try it get back to the hat and circle.

Help.
