help with installing r8 rom

hi,

bought the advent vega yesterday but very frustrated about not being able to use the android market.

I have downloaded the r8 rom but am not sure what to do next, even after following instructions. Its the extracting and running etc from what to where etc.

Please can someone give me straight forward and simple instructions before we give up and take the tablet back!!!
