Acer Liquid E SIM Network Locked PLEASE HELP

I got this Acer Liquid E just 2 days ago. I had HTCs before so Im used to rooting s-off etc etc...but this SIM Network Locked Error has brought me to the end of my wits. I rooted the phone and flashed several ROMs ending (to my misfortune) with the FIDO. I reflashed LCR-2.2 I went back to stock ROM I tried the french method then flashed again LCR-2 but that Locked SIM is not going anywhere.

Is there any method to pay for the unlock code via WU to someone as I dont have any means right now to pay otherwise (paypal moneybookers cc etc)?

Please let me know if it is possible I need my phone badly!

I used this: Liquid E Unlock Rogers/Fido to unlock, and there is no othedr way yet to unlock your phone..... yet

If your Liquid E is originally not locked but being locked after flashed the FIDO ROM, then flash back to original ROM and bring it to repair. The SIM lock information in the device is invalid and you can't get a correct unlock code by any means.
