Unlocked Streak

Much as the topic reads, what other carriers are available for unlocked streaks? Does it simply come down to whether they use SIM cards, or the radio frequencies, or a combination of other factors?

( If nothing else I would like to provide a resource for people looking to dump their old provider. :mellow: )

It all boils down to whether the Streak supports the frequencies used by a particular provider. That's it.
