Hey,

If I install the clockwork mod on my Vega. Go to my app tray and then open it like any normal app. And then format my entire system. Would it be safe? Would the app crash because I've just formatted it lol. As far as I know you can only have the clockwork mod once you've booted into Android.

Is it safe to format or not :o

Cheers

CWM cannot be started like any other app. The app you see in the app tray boots your device into CWM recovery.

Yes you can format everything from there then, but you would end up with a none booting tablet if you do not flash another ROM.

And different to Android phones, this tablet cannot be booted into CWM recovery by button combinations. So to restore a system you need to flash by NVFlash recovery. That is the way stock ROMs are flashed.
