Cannot install Clockwork

Hi,

Quite strange problem here: just bought a new San Francisco from Orange in Switzerland and can't install Clockwork, regardless which method I use.

RecoveryManager and ROM Manager just won't work (although I have rooted the phone)

Fastboot is not working because I can't even boot to flash the recovery image (even if I press Volume+ when powering on, I just get the standard Orange boot)

any help appreciated!

EDIT: Finally it worked using ROM Manager and ClockworkMod 3.0.0.6.img (newer images did not work for some reason....)
