Upgraded from JJ9 to CM7 and upgraded Clockworkmod but can no longer get into recovery

As topic says I upgraded from JJ9 to CM7 and then upgraded Clockworkmod to latest version using Rom Manager but can no longer get into recovery, rebooting from off and holding vol down button and on button just shows android man and keeps rebooting.

Rebooting from rom manager seems to just hang at the green man and I have to pull the battery and reboot.

I was planning to convert from GEN 1 to GEN 2 and then update to CM7.2 but cant at the moment :mellow:

anyone got any ideas?

I now have access to clockwork, I had to use fastboot to flash it again and it is now working

(In case anyone else has this problem)

My guess is that you used rom manager to upgrade to the latest version of clockwork 3.0.2.7. This version is not compatible with gen 1. For anyone else in this situation I'd advise scrolling to the bottom of the screen when in ROM manager, there is an option to flash to an earlier version of clockwork. This will get clockwork back for you nice and easy.
