N57 CM7 GPS wont force reboot but .....

just upgraded to N57 CM7 from Gen1 Blade to Gen2

I checked with the GPS reboot eveyones talking about, luckly I dont get a reboot

But it doesnt work!

I get no GPS reception and it just says

waiting for lication - your location is temporarily unavailable

I am doing this at my house which I had no problem getting GPS signal from Gen1 CM7 Stable. 7.0.0

If I enable use wireless networks it shows where i am in the google map, but thats just using the internet...
