Search for a theme called BlueBuzzard, then install the apk and go to theme chooser app in the app draw, with this you can change it

Go to the ZTE Blade Theme and designs thread from the main topic screen and choose CM7 Battery mods.

Download Frankishes them, unzip and extract the APK from the system/app folders and put on SD card. Install APK using a file manager and choose in the Theme Manager in the apps.

It will say some items are incompatible, but install anyway and you will have the percentage circle!

After an age searching for "BlueBuzzard theme" I discovered it's called "BlueBuzzer" and can be downloaded here:
