It is working and of course these still plenty of bugs.

and more importantly, you'll lose quite a lot LG build-in features.

Like video call and the specially designed camera app.

At the moment, I prefer to use MCR more.

After giving CM a try, i'm back to Pauls FR12.... Far the best at the moment, for an everyday usable phone!

But none the less, it's freaking nice that CM is supporting the O2X!

USB issues on Win7 64bit

Have you tried to uninstall LG:s USB drivers and then connect the phone again? I'm back to FR12 but I will have a close look at CM and try it again later.

I got problem with Market. I could select apps to download but nothing was downloaded.

Ive read in places that I cannot use pauls cwm, but rom mananger wont flash (is this just because the cm site is down? I want to try this but I dont want to flash it without the CWM they support >_<, I may just wait for pauls updated gingerbread rom in 2/3 months >_> will be stable at least

After using this, I went back to mcr 10. Give it a month ir so and everything should be fine. Just hope Paul ports the G2X Gingerbread Rom for us

my first impressions have it being pretty lagggy, well really lag all my bench marks have dropped a thirds and my 3d apps take way longer to load, looks very pretty though, gonna keep it on my SD card so I can flash back and forth to play though, I am going back to mc12 though.

Testet it for a couple of hours and i can say it is realy fast but there are some lags here and there. On benchmarks this has me ait puzzeld quadrant is down to 2.3k (not that i would realy care it fells smoother) but smartbench has gone up 200 - 300 points in productivity and gaming score but im now back to TK-rom 0.6 and waiting for the next nightly

Quadrant doesn't appear to get on with 2.3

Did you look at your system date? As with one of Paul's ROMs, there is sometimes a wrong automatic date chosen in the date settings

has anyone tried AD2P with these I'm having issues where by it won't stream to bluetooth speakers, had some issues getting it to play any music before might give it another flash just wondering if anyone would be as kind as to try this themselves

i dont have any issues with de CM7 rom its working nice with a lot of extra options.

a lot of people look only at the bechmark i dont anderstand that, a higher score will not say the rom is exelent!!!

cm7 nightly is just the start so give it some time! the chinees wall was also not build in one day

I've installed it yesterday morning and not having the slightest problem so far. The only thing that could bother some people are the "bad" benchmark results. But who bothers when everything is working flawlessly. Best thing is the battery life. After a whole day at work (which is almost like a farraday cage due to lots of cement and steel reenforcements) it still has 68 % of its capacity left. Using the stock rom or any other 2.2 rom it sometimes goes down to 30 to 20 % in the evening.

Try to use AnTutu benchmark.

In my O2x i recieve ~4000 with Eternity 2.1 kernel and 1 GHz and 5300-5600 with 1.4 GHz.

I think, problem with low points in Quadrant because of 2D graphics. That's why quadrant shows so lower results

Ditto, 2000 in Quadrant as opposed to 3000 previously but excellent battery life!

Current bugs (Nightly 5): USB connection, browser sometimes hangs, vidcam locks phone, random locking up etc - nothing you wouldn't expect from an early experimental build!

USB connection BSOD can be fixed by removing the LG drivers from your system and letting it find it's own + browser lag can be fixed by flashing EternityProject kernel, so that's 2 annoying things down.

People are reporting general improvements in stability by installing the RIL that matches the 405 radio (as many people are using it)
