install rom to sd card ??

hi, was wondering if it was possible to partition the SD Card and use a partition to install a rom ?

because i thought if i was to get a class 10 SD Card and installed a rom to it, it might have made the phone feel faster kinda like having a SSD hard drive in a pc with your operating system on :mellow:
