Red back light turns on nearly all the time

red back button light is frequently turned on without any reason.

I am on CM7.0.2

If I reboot the light turns off, but it comes back sometime/ or not.

Any reason for this?

same here, but i had it on the other roms aswell.

i think its a hardware issue

I must disagree. I only have this issue on CM.
