Guest JimJam707 Posted May 6, 2011 Report Posted May 6, 2011 Prfobably not right but have you tried sudo apt-get install g++-4.3-multilib
Guest x.balli.x Posted May 6, 2011 Report Posted May 6, 2011 yes, but no use, still can't read the package i think you need these libs to compile CM7
Guest hedgepigdaniel Posted May 7, 2011 Report Posted May 7, 2011 I can't help you with this problem I'm afraid, but speaking as people who have compiled CM7 before, am I right that you must use a 64bit system to do it?
Guest x.balli.x Posted May 7, 2011 Report Posted May 7, 2011 (edited) my system is amd x2 4600+ that is 64-bit and i got ubbuntu 64-bit should it complie just fine with gcc? because i got git-core working fine Edited May 7, 2011 by x.balli.x
Guest fonix232 Posted May 7, 2011 Report Posted May 7, 2011 It should compile. Try to use Synaptics package manager to download those packages (type partial name in search field).
Guest Steve Crabble Posted May 7, 2011 Report Posted May 7, 2011 Package deleted in Natty https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/amd64/gcc-4.3-multilib Ignore the error and try the build anyway
