Hello. Can someone assist in the recovery process. I have rooted my 7 and confirmed. Unable to enter recovery mode. Shows "enter recovery mode" but unable to choose anything while displayed. Wanted to install rom from kitchen but failing when trying to enter recovery. Please advise. I am able to follow clear directions if someone will take the time to explain them. Always seems like I am missing something when reading certain posts. Thanks... :mellow:

I have the exact same problem. When it goes into recovery mode, it stays on the screen with the birds. Nothing else happens. Who knows what to do?

I was able to install Clockwork recovery and flash an image. What I didn't do was take my time in the begining. I also had a an extremely difficult time piecing together all the forum information. Regardless I was able to get it running. I have since sold my 7 and went to a Dell Streak 5. I do have all my old files. I have added a link to XDA Developers to maybe give you some direction on a Froyo ROM. Let me know if I can help you any further. It helps when you have someone to bounce things off of! ;)
