Input of unlock code

Hi Guys,

I purchased the unlock code from the guy advertised on this site, my problem is im running CM6 and when I put in a new sim it doesn't ask for a unlock code it just boots with a wee triangle saying network not available. How can I get the phone to request the code the phone is definately not unlocked?

My friend, you need to go back to an original rom. Did you made a backup?

yes i had the same problem, you need to downgrade or nandroid restore to a 2.1 rom. i used the latest FLB rom, the CM roms dont have this box popping up to enter unlock code, you need to use a 2.1 rom and then the box will pop up and you can unlock your phone.
