install recovery from bootloader mode

I have a big problem .When i tried to update from gen1 to gen2 using windows mode something did wrong.I can't put it in ftm mode ,and only remains at splash screen and it is recognised from my pc as zte diagnostic tools .Is any way of repairing it ?

why u did it in windows mode when there is an easiest way? suggestion: try again!or try the tpt upgrade
