Problem with USB, Camera and indicators

After all my attempts to restore the phone were unsuccessful, I took the phone for warranty service.

They replaced motherboard. The default on MB was android 1.6, which: did not work indicators, he hangs when connected to usb and does not start camera. I tried to flash a 2.1, but the phone hangs on Android saver and does not start, T&L 0.8, 14 and standart 2.2 and even 2.3 (MIUI) give the same effect - freezes when connected to the USB, does not work camera and the indicators does not work too.

So, what should i do? May be there is some solution? Or i need go to warranty service again?
