Hi,

after I changed my OLED SF from Gen1 to Gen2 ( only for interest) with wbaw´s method (VERY EASY and COMFORTABLE!!!) my screen sometimes started to flicker (white - transparent). I wiped / cleaned all possible items (clockwork 3.0.2.7) and tried out all possible ROMs (GEN2: CM7 nightly 60 - 63, Spring SL5, Froyo....) but the flicker came back after certain minutes of use in each ROM. The flickering appears also after waking the SF from standby or wakeningclock.... Now I ´ve changed back to GEN 1 - stable CM/ 7.0.0 (with wbaw´s method: VERY EASY TOO  and the flickering didn´t appear anymore!

Has somebody got the same problem or could help me by solving this problem?

Special thank to "wbaw" for his "Gen1 to Gen2 TPT upgrade zip.file"

Sorry, but there left one question: Are there fimrware differences in TPT method change GEN1 to GEN2 OLED - SF and change GEN1 to GEN2 TFT SF ?

The obvious question is: does this happen in clockworkmod recovery and in fastboot?

Just use them/leave them on for a few minutes.

then we can identify it as a software or hardware issue.

Unfortunately seems more hardware if its across all ROMS, and the fact this happened after your Gen2 upgrade was infact a mere coincidence.

Yes, it happend also while I´ve been in the clockworkmode... I think I will not change again to GEN2!
