Clocworkmod Recovery

Hi, does anyone know if there is going to be a version of Clockworkmod Recovery higher than 3.0.1.4 which you can boot into on the ZTE Blade using Froyo 2.2?

Currently there is 3.0.2.8 for HTC handsets, just wondering if we have been forgotten. It's just that every time I launch Rom Manager I'm told there is a newer version of Recovery (3.0.2.7) but it doesn't work.

I think 3.0.2.7 might be only for Gen 2, but I'm not 100% sure. Theres a 3.0.2.4 for gen 1 here http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-blad...blade-oled-tft/

all the latest clockworks from 3.0.2.7 will be for GEN2, last GEN1 clockwork was 3.0.2.4 from the link above.

That web link leads to a great repository with a download for an update to recovery; recovery-clockwork-3.0.2.8-blade-gen2-update_signed.zip

But how do I apply an update.zip file? I bought my phone pre-rooted and with recovery pre-installed so I am a bit lost here, sorry.

This has been solved.

Clockwork 3.0.2.8 is the latest Recovery to work on Gen 1 handsets.
