Except on occasions, when i hold down the hardware key to bring up the shut down menu, i'll select shut down and the system will shut down as normal and the suddenly it'll stop and hang on the same screen. The ticker/timer thing will stop rotating and all i'll get it a hung screen of the OS. Holding down the hardware key for a couple of seconds will switch off the the Vega but is this a common thing for you guys?

Maybe its one of your apps thats hanging when you shut down.
