vega and facebook games

hi can anyone help me i have a advent vega and have updated the softwear well at least i think i have there are 2 issues i have with it at the mo when i download the latest softweat from vega i go to the softwear downloads and then install it it then comes up with restarting the tablet and for the last 5 hours i have had a box and a green andriod on my screen not doing anything is this normal and how long will this take befor i can go on to the tablet also i do have problems with facebook games everytime i go to my apps request and click on accept it directs me to the game page then says sorry this page cannot be found this also dose it when i select the game from my facebbok page however i can placy games on pogo can anyone help me i am getting frustraited and i am thinking about taking it back as this is now the 3rd one i have had in a week and all pc world say is it must be a softwear issue here have another one please can someone help me get in to my facebook games

Hi there! Thanks for all of the information.

First of all, the problem of the green android staying on your screen for 10 minutes, let alone hours, isn't normal, so I would reflash the software, using the manuals and files from (the downloads section) here:

Now, looking at the facebook games problem; I haven't tried them myself, so I don't know if they should work or not. But, it seems like you need flash player installed, and luckily the firmware has it pre-installed already. But as you may know, flashing the firmware in this way causes your data to be lost (not on the sdcard), so you'll have to install your other apps and configure your settings again. Or to back up your tablet, use this PC software:
