Deleting android system apps

Hello again

Further to my previous posts and been able to install a custom rom back on my phone, I'm now looking to fine tune it.

My current rom is a nightly CM7 2.3.4, I'm using systemapp remover to get rid of the android system apps. Stripped quite a few system apps already, just wondering what is safe to uninstall and what I need to keep.

Everytime I take something away, I check if everything works, so far so good and I've backed up the rom. I kinda want

my rom to be quick rather than slow and looks pretty.

That's all i deleted each time (except rom manager since GEN2).

wouldn't touch anything with "Google" in the name.
