uninstall recovery manager

HI everyone...i have installed clockwork manager in order to install a differnet rom in my blade...but now i regret it...i restore my back up and now i want to run a patch in order to update my android 2,1 --->2.2 but it requires FTM screen...by pressing power vol - my mobile sents me at clockwork manager but my patch instructions says that by pressing that it has to show the FTM screen...so i want to help me delete clockwork ,so i can update normally....HOPE didnt confuse u xD

I searched and my only result at "flash -recovery" was your post....maybe i am wrong but can u give me a link...would be very helpfull!!
