HTC HD7 or HTC Desire S?

Yesterday when I walk past Broadway ( A mobile phone shop), I saw the HTC HD7 selling at USD$499/HKD$3188, and I wanted to try it. However, the Desire S is about the same price as the HD7 but it is running Android2.2. What do you choose? HD7 or Desire S?

CPU: Qualcomm QS8250 1GHz

GPU: ---not known

Ram: 512mb

Rom: 576mb

Screen: 480x800 4.3" Multi-touchable screen
