So is the B10 touchscreen freezing problem fixed yet?

As the title suggests, some B10 phones have a touchscreen which stops working when upgrading to a 2.2 2.3 ROM on start up. Has this yet been resolved?

Just to add my own voice to this duscussion, this problem was driving me up the wall too with earlier firmware but as others have mentioned, with Swedish Spring, I havnt had a single screen lock problem again.
