Skype problem with Swedish Spring 5

I was doing some skype calls today on SS5 (swedish spring) and i can only get sound over the external microphone, no matter if i pushed the mic button, sound was always external ...

does someone know what causes this, and if there is a solution for that, because its pretty annoying ...
