sygic aura

Greetings, i just recently went back to the stock redbull rom (u8230 user) to realize that sygic aura navigation, that ran flawlessly on the pulse cm ports (3d best performance by far, better then igo, navigon etc), won't even start on RBM2 2.1 :unsure:

'We are sorry. Aura requires 3D hardware acceleration, which is not available in this phone.' error, witch smells BS to me.

What can be done? Is there anyone able to run it under 2.1? replacement software that has good 3d performance and runs on android 2.1?

Maybe you have to change debug.sf.hw value to 1. You do it in build.prop file, i think it enables 3d acceleration

if that doesn't help, try navigon, that's what i'm using

there is no such entry in my build.prop at all :unsure:

Sygic Aura 2.1 wont run on 2.2 nether (I have tryed on every CM6 version). (only beta 2 run on it)

It requeres 3d hardware,.

Igo runs fine on 2.1 RBM. - just tested it on 2600km trip.

i am 100% sure it did run for me, and had lot better fps then igo, even navigon

But I think that You mixed up Mobile Maps with Aura, even on sygic site for M860 (Android 2.2) it is

offering only mobilemaps.....

Aura is only for high end devices......

well, all i am sure of i had the same apk installed on my other rom, and it worked
