Dead san fran when plugged into charger...

So i just plugged my phone in with half charge into mains charger, green man appears. I have tried taking the batt out and putting it back in...nothing, just stuck on green man.

Is there anyway i can fix this without losing all my texts and stuff? Thanks

Just a few things you can try:

Try removing the battery and powering just from USB

Try removing the SD card then powering

Try leaving the battery out for a while, leave the phone unpluged

Give it a good charge while powered off

Try the above in that order (Although it doesn't really matter)

If I were you I would be more concerned with whether or not my phone would live again, not if I lost texts / data :unsure:

just reinstalled my ROM from recovery and it seems to be powering up now, will update when i know for sure...
