Is that the only thing viable or do you have the recovery overlaid over the image? Are you using any button combinations while booting? Have you tried removing the battery and SD card?

Are you using any button combinations while booting? Have you tried removing the battery and SD card? I think I mean the clockwork symbol, it is a top hat and a smooth circle, not a bowler and a cog. if i press menu i get Clockworkmod recovery v3.0.2.7 at the top and a menu. Pressing all of the options including reboot, wipe data etc take me to the hat and circle screen Does this make sense? Les And have tried lots of different button combinations power/vol+/menu goes back to clockworkmod power/vol+ redoes the image again power/vol- back to clockworkmod Edited May 12, 2011 by oldayoda
Guest veehexx Posted May 12, 2011 Report Posted May 12, 2011 i just want to be sure; you've upgraded to gen2, rebooted, you then get put back into clockwork? if so, then depending on the gen2 image you've flashed, then you will also need to flash a ROM too (make sure it's gen2-compliant).

Guest veehexx Posted May 13, 2011 Report Posted May 13, 2011 i think i did the same thing with gen2 update, so speaking from experience there  glad your sorted! i'm back on gen1 due to lack of a properly working ROM on gen2. (cyanogen and SS5 dont work well enough for me!)
