Max is 32GB Micro-USB in the Tablet itself.

The dock has a SD XC card slot which should supposedly support up to 2TB, but obviously untested yet.

Micro SD support should be handled by the Software (i.e. Android itself) so it should be 32GB.

I read a post in the discussion part of Amazon's website that someone had tried a 32GB micro SD card in the transformer and it didn't work. But there wasn't any follow up comments, so it wasn't clear whether it was just an issue with that particular card or whether compatibility is otherwise a bit hit and miss at this size. Given the cost differential, I think a 16GB card is probably the safer option unless you have someone who can guarantee a particular manufacturer and speed. I tried a full size 32GB SD card in the keyboard dock and that works fine.
