I dropped my phone last night, and today calls sounds sort of tinny. Have I broken something?

Hey Alpha......Hate to tell you, you may have jarred the speaker, broken a solder connection, blah blah, blah.

Take the phone to a local repair shop see if they can help. Otherwise, if under warranty, take it back to the store, (Verizon, AT&T, etc) & see if your extended coverage, covers the damage.
