POV Mobii and rom manager

Hi,

Is there any issues with me downloading rom manager from market to install clockworkmod and flash custom roms at a later date on my POV Mobii?

i am using the stock POV 1.10 and market addon

also are there any recommended` add-ons` to stock roms that i should check out to enhance performance until i decide to ugrade to a custom rom etc
