Change memo link in LG dialer app

Hello!

So I have grown to like the LG dialer and have noticed that when during a call, you can use the LG's menu button to switch to sms/text app or the memo app.

If you did not build your ROM with the LG memo app however, the phone app will crash and you need to force shutdown it. Only a restart will make the LG dialer work properly again.

Easy solution would be to just make another ROM with the LG memo app included, but I'd prefer to use a different app (notes). Does anyone know how to go around if I were to try to change the link within the program? Is there a link somewhere in an XML file in the framework.akp or would I need to dive deeper into the system to change something like this?
