I've got swedish spring on my gen 1 blade, and wondering how to setup it up so I can use app's from the sd card, and not from the phones memory?

Go into Settings > Applications > Manage Applications and then under 'Downloaded' just click the apps you want to move and select 'Move to SD Card'.

If you partitioned your SD Card with an EXT partition then they will automatically be there.

Yes, apart from when the SD Card is mounted via USB to a computer.

You can but it'll mean you have to do a full wipe and format your SD Card.

If I were you I would just use the Froyo Apps2SD method.
