Live Wallpaper stops working/'stuck'

Hi guys,

was searching about these 2 issues I have but no real answer... hope someone can help me out;

1) I like having live wallpapers but the problem is after a few times of sleeping (the phone), the wallpaper just stops moving. Evrything else works, but I'll need to change to another wallpaper in order for it to get 'unstuck'. Any ideas why this is happening?

2) my battery life on idle is excellent. I can get 2 days out of my OSF with about 40 minutes of calls and about 10 hours of wifi (intermittent on/off automated by Green Power). However, when I use it the percentage drops really quickly. Wonder if this is normal for everyone. I've done the battery calibration and I'm generally happy about the battery sipping during sleep/idle. Just that the drain is real quick when in use.

in answer to 2) It appears battery doesn't drain when idle sometimes for example left overnight and switched out of sleep in the morning it may still read 100% but will apparently drain fast as it detects battery low during app usage, it's nothing too worry about.

Or blade buddy.

Out of interest what live wallpaper are you using?

The only one that freezes on me (as far as I know) is "symphony of colours"

Any drawbacks to toying with vm heap size?

I've been using solar live wallpaper, flux and also Luna stream. Always freezes after a few hours.

Any experience with double twist player? It plays my mp3s automatically after every alarm ring. So annoying I deleted it!

I think your mp3 playing error is something you did, I used doubletwist for a while and never had an issue.I swapped to winamp was just as good and took up less space on my precious memory.
