Okay I know everyone has their own homescreen preferences. I have just found one that suits the user who loves to customize.

Please be aware as whilst this app is far from new it is far from stable.

The app isn't in the market yet and crashed on me a few times during testing. I will look more into it soon.

I just thought I would share as this is highly customizable and apparently quite fast.
