cpu usage, custom versus stock roms

600 /10 = 60mhz = 10%

so 15% usage = 90mhz

12% usage = 72mhz

so why does cpu control etc only offer 122mhz as minimum, if the stock roms can idle as low as 12% 72mhz

It's not clock speed it's showing.

Clock speed and usage are related, but not the same thing. My Core i5 usage goes up and down, but the clock speed can stay at 1.6GHz (C3) or shift up in steps (to 3.7GHz) dependant on Speedstep...
