Internal call recorder stops after 3 minutes

It used to work fine and would record a call however long I was connected but the last couple of times its only recorded about 3 minutes.

The green record light was active for the last call which was 20 minutes and yet when I play out,.its only roughly 3 minutes long, whats changed?

I didn't know you could do that! maybe you're phone is running out of space, or thinks it is?
