Short cuts too far apart on Home Screen.

Hi

I am currently using R8 with with Launcher pro plus.

I can only have four short cuts across the screen on the Home Page in Landscape mode.

Is there a way to alter this to avoid having such a large space between my short cuts?

Look in the settings for the rows and columns settings - you can change these to whatever you want, can't do you a step by step as I don't have the vega with me at the mo. I have around 8 across and something like 6 down, again would have to double check the vega to be sure but something like that anyway.

Iv'e looked everywhere in the settings but I can't find the settings for rows and columns :unsure:

On the homescreen, hit the menu key and you should see two options: one called settings (this is Android) and one called preferences (this is LauncherPro).

Hit the Menu button and look under PREFERENCES and then HOMESCREEN SETTINGS.

You should see NUMBER OF COLUMNS & NUMBER OF ROWS.

Thanks for all the help.

It seems I installed an early version of Launcherpro from my sd card and there was no option for rows and columns.

Just installed the latest version and I can now configure it to more my liking :unsure:
