There is no SIM lock out of the box here in HK.

Nor as far as I know in the uk, I know 4 people with the phone on 3 differant networks and they aint locked

Yesterday I found a pretty cheap offer for a unlock code for about 3 Euro the big E marketplace... :unsure:

Earlier today I received the unlock code an put it in.

A SIM card from a different provider worked fine after that.

I have a 2X from Austria.
