Need advice on a Tablet

Hi i'm looking for a tablet that has a good screen (ipad like) with decent viewing angles, so far i looked at archos, viewsonic and samsung devices and they don't perform well in the screen department,

other things i want on it are

-Dual core cpu

-Decent Gpu

-10" screen

-As cheap as possible with listed specs (should be cheaper than ipad)

-minimum android 2.3

I read that the motorola Xoom also has bad viewing angles .... why do all android tablets have sub-par screens ...
