Reverting back to default Partition Layout ??

hi i recently installed CM7 7.0.3 stable via curl66's TPT method but im having issues with it, so i want to go back to swedish spring but my partition layout is (2mb cache 138mb system 315mb data) apparently.

So how do i revert back to the default partition layout for swedish spring ?

also what is the best partition layout to use ?

There is no reason to change your partition layout. That works just fine with Swedish Spring.

Well i tried it with this partition layout but my phone feels very slow, not sure if thats why ??
