Guest natostanco Posted May 18, 2011 Report Posted May 18, 2011 I really don't know why but with the latest roms my phone keeps rebooting when I connect it to my pc, this happens only on my pc with windows7, connecting it on a winxp pc or linux it doesn't reboot, HOWEver the phone it self doesn't reboot with stock rom, or even with the koud cm7 ed 7 ROM, so could be something related to this among the latest roms, like the pasto cm7rc0, the nightly cm7 of koudelka and the leogingergread? something in the boot img?

Guest natostanco Posted May 19, 2011 Report Posted May 19, 2011 Solved, you have unistall all the drivers you had then, disable automatic installation of new drivers with gpedit.msc and install the one posted in this thread. Anyway I think even the drivers for acer liquid a1 should work since the core problem is some crappy windows 7 driver that it installs itself. Anyway there must be some kind of change in the latest roms that would have triggered one of those crappy win7 drivers.
